COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
Mr. CETINKAYA (Former Turkish Gendarmerie Officer) is CTO of DIFOSE. He worked for the Turkish General Command of Gendarmerie for twenty years and retired in 2004. During his service, he worked especially about Communications and Information Systems (CIS), technological intelligence, project management, training, and R&D. He was among the three founders of the Technological Intelligence Center of Turkish Gendarmerie. After his retirement, he worked as a technical consultant or R&D manager for a few IT companies for their projects. He is among the best-known experts about RF technologies and security in Turkey.
Mr. CETINKAYA has received national and international specialized courses and certificates such as RF Design Theory and Principles, Spectrum Management Training Course, Fundamentals of RF and Microwave Communications Engineering, Antennas and Propagation for RF and Microwave Communications, RF Optimization Training, Physical and Electronic Surveillance Sweep Expert Training, Counter-Signals Intelligence Techniques and Procedures, Network Security Administration, Digital Forensic, Information Security Incident Handling, Forensic Explorer Expert Training, and Project Management.
